I became a psychologist to help people who are hurting and want a more rewarding life, and I believe that with the right help, we can find the tools to make positive life changes. I strive to create a respectful, supportive setting for my clients to deal with their struggles and find a better way.
I have been a licensed psychologist for over 25 years, and during that time, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and to see what works. I earned a doctorate in clinical psychology at the University of Colorado, and have worked in hospital and outpatient settings with a variety of clients using evidence-based approaches during my career.
In my practice, I help clients who are dealing with a variety of issues, including chronic pain and other consequences of work-related injuries. I can provide services in Spanish, being a native speaker, and am able to provide services via telehealth.
